We dress the mother of the bride and mother of the groom in sizes 0 to 24, petite and plus. Your gown is custom made to your size, and with in-house alterations the fit will be right. Whether it’s a black tie affair or something more relaxed, we have it, and we’ll help you find it. Book a fitting, and we'll assign a stylist just for you

Tell us the wedding date, the colors, and your size when you book, and we’ll have a fitting room ready. Start three to six months ahead if you can, since custom gowns and alterations take time.
Bring the opinion that matters. Finding the perfect dress should be exciting, but with so many opinions it can get confusing, and even emotional. So we require that anyone whose opinion you want as part of your decision be available to join you, in person or by FaceTime, during your appointment. Before you book, please check they’ll be free. We’ve found it’s your best ways to make sure you feel confident and happy with your choice, and that the day stays about you and the dress you love.

Questions mothers of the bride ask us

How far ahead should I start looking?

Three to six months before the wedding is ideal, since a custom gown and alterations take time. If your event is sooner, no worries. Book an appointment and we’ll see to it that you have the perfect dress for your event.

Do you dress plus and petite?

Yes, sizes 0 to 24, including petite and plus, with alterations done in house. The fit is the point. Just give us your size and the colors you love when you book, and our stylists will take it from there.

Can I bring my daughter or a friend?

Please do, it’s more fun that way, and it matters. The bride and the people closest to you will have opinions, so having everyone on board before you decide saves the second-guessing later. Therefore we require that anyone whose opinion you want in the decision be there when you come in, in person or by FaceTime from the fitting room, so you leave sure of your choice.

Where are you, and is there parking?

We’re at 2231 Crystal Drive, Suite 300, in Arlington, on the third floor above the Starbucks, in the same building as Ruth’s Chris Steak House. Reagan National Airport is one minute away, so we’re an easy stop. Monday through Saturday, 10am to 5pm. See directions and parking →
