What happens when you come in

Nobody’s going to hover, and nobody’s going to sell you something that doesn’t fit right.

Before you arrive

You pick a time and tell us the occasion, your size, and anything you already love or can’t stand. We pull pieces and have a fitting room ready with your name on it.

When you get here

One stylist, start to finish. She stays with you. If something isn’t working, she’ll say so and go find you something better.

Getting the fit right

Almost nothing fits perfectly off the rack, and it isn’t supposed to. Our alterations happen in house, so what you take home is cut to you.

No pressure to buy

If nothing’s right that day, that’s a completely normal outcome. New pieces arrive constantly, and we’ll call you when something walks in with your name on it.
